Oxford Academy (“OXFORD ACADEMY”, “our”, or “we”) is the franchisor for pre-school early learning centers throughout the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how OXFORD ACADEMY collects, uses, and protects your information. This Policy also explains your choices regarding your information. This Policy applies to all information we obtain about visitors from our website (Oxford Academyschool.com and Oxford Academyschoolfranchise.com) (the “Site”), our individual school sites linked from the Site, and all other services offered by OXFORD ACADEMY (collectively, the “Services”).
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process Personal Information from your use of our Site or Services when you:
Schedule a Tour in a Franchisee School. When you schedule a tour, we collect the parent or guardian’s identifiers such as your name, mailing address, email, and phone number. We collect this information so that we may maintain a record of our tours and communicate with you concerning the tour.
Enroll in our Franchisee School. When you enroll in one of our franchisee schools, we collect the parent or guardian’s identifiers such as your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and signature. We also collect the child’s identifiers such as their name, home address, and phone number, protected classifications such as the child’s race and medical condition(s), and identifiers of others, like emergency contact information.
Communicate with Us. When you communicate with us by phone, email, or in person, we collect the parent or guardian’s identifiers such as your name, address, email, phone number, and signature, the child’s identifiers such as their name, home address, and phone number, protected classifications such as race, sex, disability, and medical condition, the parent or guardian’s financial information such as bank account number and credit card information, to facilitate the student’s enrollment in our schools, the parent or guardian’s commercial information such as products or services purchased or considered; and your internet activity information, such as your IP address (if available).
We collect this information so that we can provide the Services, communicate with you concerning your questions and comments, troubleshoot where necessary, diagnose technical and service problems, and provide personalized customer service support. We may also process this information to communicate with you concerning administrative information, such as changes to our terms and conditions, and policies, or to communicate with you about your child.
Provide our Services. To provide our Services, we process the parent or guardian’s identifiers such as your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and signature. We process the child’s identifiers such as their name, home address, and phone number. We process protected classifications such as race, sex, disability, and medical condition. We also process the parent or guardian’s financial information such as bank account number and credit card information, to facilitate the student’s enrollment in our schools.
Marketing. Following a tour with one of our franchisee schools, our franchisee may process the parent or guardian’s identifiers such as your name, mailing address, email, and phone number. They may process this information to market to you.
Apply for Employment. When you apply for employment, we collect your identifiers, such as your name, email, and home address. We collect your professional and employment information, such as your prior employment. We also collect your education information, like the schools you attended, and any other information you decide to share with us. We collect this information so that we may communicate with you and assess your qualifications for the position for which you applied. Contribute to our blogs. When you contribute to our blog, we collect your identifiers like your name, email, and user name. We may also collect your internet activity information such as your IP address. We collect this information so that we can monitor blog usage.
Apply for a OXFORD ACADEMY scholarship. When you apply for a OXFORD ACADEMY scholarship, we collect your identifiers like your name, email, phone number, and mailing address. We collect sensory information like the video recording you submit with your application.
Sign Up for a Newsletter. When you sign up to receive our newsletters, we collect identifiers such as your name and email address. We collect this information so that we can share our newsletters with you.
Maintain and Improve our Site. To improve our Site, customer experience, audits, fraud monitoring, and prevention, we collect your internet activity information such as your browsing information IP address, referring URL, browser type and language, data and time of your request.

Within OXFORD ACADEMY. We may share your identifiers (name, email, mailing address, phone number, and username), protected classifications (race, sex, disability, medical condition), and internet activity information (user ID and IP address) to OXFORD ACADEMY leadership, management, and other staff as appropriate to facilitate the business.
Our Local Franchisees. We may share your identifiers (name, email, mailing address, phone number, username, and signature) to our franchises to provide our Services, to communicate with you, and conduct data analysis, fraud monitoring, and prevention.
Service Providers. We share your identifiers (name, email, mailing address, phone number, and username), internet activity information (user ID and IP address), and financial information (bank account information and credit card information) with service providers that provide support services to us, such as marketing services and web hosting providers.
Corporate Reorganization. DO NOT TRACK
Our systems currently do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”) mechanisms. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
